Władysławowo łączy siły z rosyjskim miastem Gusiew
Władysławowo łączy siły z rosyjskim miastem Gusiew z Obwodu Kaliningradzkiego w staraniach o 2,5 mln euro dofinansowania. Podpisano porozumienie w tej sprawie. Pieniądze chcą pozyskać z Programu Współpracy Transgranicznej Polska – Rosja, wspierającego wspólne działania m.in. na niwie społecznej czy gospodarczej.
– Dofinansowanie może pokryć nawet 95 procent kosztów – mówi burmistrz Władysławowa Roman Kużel.
Dotacje dzielone są po połowie między partnerów. We Władysławowie chcą je wykorzystać do modernizacji wszystkich wejść na plażę. Rosjanie chcą natomiast inwestować w rozbudowę dróg, kanalizacji i wodociągów. – Na początek opracujemy wspólną strategię działania – zapowiada Zastępca Szefa Administracji Okręgu Miejskiego Gusiew Aleksandr Kitajew. Władysławowo to kolejny samorząd z Nordy, który ma partnera z Obwodu Kaliningradzkiego w staraniach o dotację z Programu Współpracy Transgranicznej. W ubiegłym roku współpracę rozpoczęły miasta: Puck i Pionierskij.
