Więcej czasu na złożenie wniosków o płatności
Na razie tylko 10 proc. rolników z Pomorza złożyło wnioski o płatności bezpośrednie. Minister Rolnictwa o miesiąc przedłużył czas ich składania. A wszystko przez nowe bardziej skomplikowane zasady i formularze.
– Bez tej pomocy nie da się wypełnić wniosku – przyznaje rolnik z miejscowości Sławki Mateusz Adamczyk.
Jak wynika z ogólnopolskich statystyk aż 60 proc. rolników wnioski o płatności bezpośrednie składa na 2 tygodnie przez upływającym terminem. Co roku był to dzień 15 maja. Teraz Ministerstwo przedłużyło termin o miesiąc. Wprowadzono też nowe wnioski i nowe formy dopłat – mówi zastępca dyrektora Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa w Gdyni Stanisława Bujanowicz. Stąd uzasadnione jest przedłużenie terminu ich składania. Na razie na Pomorzu wnioski złożyło 3 900 rolników. Pomoc oferują im też doradcy z Pomorskiego Ośrodka Doradztwa Rolniczego.
W tym roku do rolników w Polsce z tytułu dopłat bezpośrednich trafi 3,5 mld euro. Termin składania wniosków minie 15 czerwca. Spóźnialscy będą to mogli jeszcze zrobić do 10 lipca, ale za każdy dzień zwłoki dopłaty będą obniżane o 1 proc.
