Warto zatrudnić studenta do prac sezonowych
Warto zatrudnić studenta – wskazuje ZUS w wakacyjnym okresie prac sezonowych. Studenci zatrudnieni na umowie zleceniu do ukończenia 26 roku życia nie podlegają ubezpieczeniom społecznym.
– Nie trzeba też za nich opłacać składek na ubezpieczenia zdrowotne – mów regionalny rzecznik prasowy ZUS Krzysztof Cieszyński.
Studentem jest każdy, kto kształci się na wyższych uczelniach. Nie ma tu znaczenia obywatelstwo i kraj odbywania nauki oraz czy studia odbywają się w jednostce publicznej czy prywatnej. Trzeba jednak pamiętać o przypadkach, gdy przedsiębiorcy nie są zwolnieni z płacenia składek. Kto ukończył studia pierwszego stopnia – licencjackie czy inżynierskie – zachowuje wprawdzie prawa studenta do 31 października danego roku, ale nie jest to równoznaczne posiadaniem statusu studenta.
