W Rumi szukają genetycznego bliźniaka dla chorego 24-letniego Damiana. Mężczyzna jeszcze w 2018 roku prowadził normalny tryb życia, dużo czasu poświęcał na sport.
– Damianowi można pomóc rejestrując się w bazie DKMS – mówi Damian Bojar.
W lutym po raz pierwszy trafił do szpitala, a jesienią dowiedział się, że choruje na niedokrwistość anaplastyczną. Jedyną szansą na wyzdrowienie jest przeszczep szpiku. W poszukiwania genetycznego bliźniaka zaangażował się samorząd. Zbliżający się weekend to wielka akcja pomocy w naszym mieście mówi Ariel Sinicki, przewodniczący Rady Miejskiej w Rumi. Niedzielne poszukiwanie dawców szpiku w Zespole Szkół Ogólnokształcących w Rumi połączone jest z akcją honorowego krwiodawstwa.
