W Rumi kończą analizy dotyczące nowego Urzędu Miasta potrzebne do znalezienia partnera, który go wybuduje. Miejski samorząd chce skorzystać w tym przedsięwzięciu z formuły partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego.
– Chcemy przeznaczyć na ten cel trzy nieruchomości – mówi burmistrz Michał Pasieczny.
Miasto wnosi w nim grunty, a partner wybuduje na nich nowy urząd. Koszt budowy nowego urzędu w Rumi oszacowano na 25 do 30 mln zł. – Musielibyśmy zrezygnować ze wszystkich inwestycji w jednej kadencji – mówi burmistrz Pasieczny. – Dzięki partnerstwu są realne szansę by zrealizować przedsięwzięcie, choć procedura jest długotrwała. W Rumi przymiarki do budowy nowego Urzędu Miasta nabrały tempa w lipcu ubiegłego roku, gdy rada miasta podjęła uchwałę w tej sprawie. Obiekt miałby powstać w ciągu trzech lat.
