W Nowej Karczmie będą utrudnienia związane z przebudową Urzędu Gminy – w ramach wartej prawie 6 mln zł termomodernizacji.
– Inwestycje poprawią estetykę i przyczynią się do oszczędności energii, ale mieszkańcy muszą uzbroić się w cierpliwość – mówi wójt Andrzej Pollak.
W pierwszym etapie remontowane będą pomieszczenia należące do Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej i Gminnego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej. Jesienią rozpocznie się główny remont Urzędu, obejmujący wymianę dachu i elewacji obiektu, a także montaż pomp ciepła i ogniw fotowoltaicznych. Projekt termomodernizacji w Nowej Karczmie realizowany jest wspólnie z gminą Lipusz, która na swoim terenie modernizuje dwa obiekty szkolne. Ponad połowę środków na ten cel pozyskano z funduszy unijnych.
