W małych sklepach duży problem z cenami – wykryła Inspekcja Handlowa
Małe sklepy z tradycyjną obsługą mają ogromny problem z informowaniem o cenach, zwłaszcza jednostkowych – czyli za kilogram czy litr. Ale i tak klienci są tu rzetelniej obsługiwani niż w sklepach samoobsługowych – wynika z kontroli Inspekcji Handlowej.
– Wzięliśmy pod lupę 31 tysięcy produktów żywnościowych – mówi Justyna Kurowska z departamentu Inspekcji Handlowej UOKiK.
W trzecim kwartale ubiegłego roku inspektorzy w 165 sklepach i stoiskach sprawdzili jak sprzedawcy informują o cenach i czy nie oszukują klientów. O cenach sprzedawca musi informować w jednoznaczny sposób i w widocznym miejscu – na towarze, wywieszce, w cenniku lub katalogu. Ma też obowiązek podawać ceny jednostkowe – za kilogram, litr czy sztukę. Nieprawidłowości wykryto w 78 procentach sklepów tradycyjnych, czyli więcej niż w podczas kontroli w sklepach samoobsługowych, gdzie wskaźnik ten sięgał prawie 63 procent. Sklepy ze sprzedawcą za ladą wypadły natomiast lepiej od samoobsługowych pod względem rzetelności. Było w nich o połowę mniej takich przypadków jak inna cena na półce, a inna przy kasie, oszustwa na wadze czy doliczanie na paragonie rzeczy, których klient nie kupił.
