W Kościerzynie radni przyjęli budżet miasta
W Kościerzynie przyszły rok będzie rokiem wielkich inwestycji, ale i największego w historii zadłużenia miasta. Po burzliwej dyskusji radni przyjęli wczoraj większością głosów budżet na 2018 rok.
Dochody określono w nim na poziomie ponad 125 mln złotych, a wydatki 141 mln złotych. Różnicę władze miasta chcą pokryć z emisji obligacji, których limit ustalono na 19 mln złotych. – Powodem są unijne inwestycje, których realizację zaplanowano na przyszły rok – mówi burmistrz Michał Majewski. Wśród nich wymienia rewitalizację dworca PKP, budowę kanalizacji deszczowej w mieście, wymianę oświetlenia ulicznego i dokończenie termomodernizacji obiektów miejskich. Projekt przyszłorocznego budżetu Kościerzyny poparło 11 radnych, 4 wstrzymało się od głosu. 3 było przeciw – wśród nich Katarzyna Knopik, która krytykowała władze za zbyt duże zadłużanie miasta. Znacząco w przyszły roku w Kościerzynie mają też wzrosnąć wydatki na administrację i promocję miasta.
