Teleopieka dla mieszkańców Szemuda
W gminie Szemud działa już teleopieka – czyli telefoniczny system wzywania natychmiastowej pomocy w nagłych wypadkach. To pilotażowy program, którego koordynatorem jest Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej a uczestnikami osoby starsze, samotne i chore lub niepełnosprawne. – Na początek otrzymały specjalny aparat telefoniczny i osobisty nadajnik noszony na przegubie ręki – całość połączona jest z centrum operacyjno-alarmowym, które całodobowo udziela pomocy – wyjaśniał wójt Szemuda Ryszard Kalkowski, z którym rozmawiał Piotr Szyca. System teleopieki ma być w Szemudzie testowany przez rok, ale pierwsze podsumowanie zaplanowano na wrzesień.
