W Chmielnie będą bić rekord na najdłuższy naleśnik truskawkowy
Obecny wynosi ponad 100 metrów. Placek ma powstać podczas III Festiwalu Truskawek Kaszubskich, który odbędzie się w Chmielnie 30 czerwca.
– Następnie zostanie nadziany farszem i zwinięty – informuje Edyta Klasa, dyrektor Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury Sportu i Rekreacji w Chmielnie.
Podczas poprzednich edycji ugotowano rekordową truskawkową zupę i koktajl. Rekordowy naleśnik ma powstać z ponad tysiąca mniejszych, usmażonych przez kucharza. Dotychczasowy rekord najdłuższego naleśnika należy do Będzina. Podczas Biesiady Smaków w 2015 roku przez 12 godzin usmażono 1118 naleśników, które zwinięto w jeden mierzący 100,9 m. Do jego wyprodukowania zużyto: 150 litrów mleka, 45 kg mąki, 200 jajek i 25 kg dżemu
