Uwaga na umowy zawierane za pośrednictwem telefonu – uczula Federacja Konsumentów. Wpływa do niej coraz więcej niepokojących sygnałów od osób, którym złożono propozycję zmiany abonamentu, a okazało się że w pakiecie są też usługi telemedyczne.
Procedura jest podobna – dzwoni konsultant z propozycją zmiany abonamentu na tańszy, proponuje przysłanie do domu kuriera z umową. Kurier ten wykazuje bardzo duży pośpiech, nie dając czasu na zapoznanie się z umową oraz nie pozostawia kopii dokumentów – opisuje na swojej stronie internetowej Federacja Konsumentów. Po niedługim czasie okazuje się, że podpisano umowę z innym operatorem i zawarto do tego umowę na świadczenie usług telemedycznych. Na wycofanie się z umowy o świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych mamy 14 dni, natomiast w przypadku usług telemedycznych rozwiązanie umowy nie jest już takie proste. Stąd apel Federacji Konsumentów o ostrożność.
Najlepiej nie sugerować się tym, że osoba z którą rozmawiamy przez telefon zna nasze dane i np. wysokość abonamentu. Najlepiej poprosić przed podpisaniem umowy o przesłanie jej mailem, a gdy przyjedzie kurier nie zwracać uwagi na jego ponaglenia. Należy zwrócić uwagę na nazwy firm i sprawdzić każdą kartkę którą trzeba podpisać. Jeśli zaś kurier nie chce zostawić kopii dokumentów – nie podpisywać takiej umowy.
