Spór w sprawie podstawówki w Kokoszkach zakończony
W związku z uchyleniem przez Minister Edukacji Narodowej Annę Zalewską decyzji Pomorskiej Kurator Oświaty stwierdzającej nieważności decyzji Prezydenta Miasta Gdańska ws. powołania Pozytywnej Szkoły Podstawowej im. Arkadiusza Arama Rybickiego w Gdańsku Dyrekcja tej Szkoły oraz Prezydium Rady Rodziców, zwołali dziś na godzinę 11.00 konferencję prasową, na której chcą przedstawić historię sporu wokół szkoły.
Przypomnijmy, że zezwolenie na prowadzenie szkoły przez fundację Pozytywne Inicjatywy wydał trzy lata temu prezydent Gdańska, a jego decyzję natychmiast oprotestowali związkowcy z Solidarności. W kwietniu pomorska kurator Monika Kończyk uznała, że zezwolenie władz Gdańska jest nieważne, bo prywatna organizacja nie może prowadzić placówki wybudowanej za publiczne pieniądze. Fundacja zwróciła się z prośbą o arbitraż do ministerstwa edukacji. Sprawa znalazła swój szczęśliwy finał dzięki pozytywnej dla fundacji decyzji minister edukacji narodowej i szkoła w Kokoszkach, w której uczy się 1150 uczniów może być spokojna o swoją przyszłość.
