„Święty Zwycięża” nad obcym kulturowo Halloween
Kościół katolicki stanowczo potępia praktyki związane ze świętowaniem obcego kulturowo święta Halloween. Dla wiernych przygotowuje alternatywę – spotkania modlitewne pod hasłem „Holy Wins” czyli „Święty Zwycięża” oraz „Bale Wszystkich Świętych”.
– Każdy jest mile widziany w sobotę w luzińskim kościele – zaprasza Luiza.
W wielu parafiach 31 października upłynie pod znakiem modlitwy, spektakli teatralnych i świadectw wiary. Od sześciu już lat w organizację Holy Wins angażuje się parafia św. Wawrzyńca w Luzinie. W tym roku impreza odbędzie się pod hasłem „Pójść w ciemno za Światłem”. Organizator – wspólnota młodzieżowa „Pustynia miast” zapewnia, że będzie to niezwykłe wydarzenie zarówno artystycznie jak i duchowo. Ksiądz Daroszewski podkreśla, że okultyzm jest prawdziwym zagrożeniem związanym z obchodzeniem Halloween. Jako duszpasterz diecezjalny do spraw zagrożeń związanych z sektami ostrzega przed praktykami związanymi z tym zachodnim zwyczajem. Nie tylko Kościół katolicki sprzeciwia się zabawom związanym z lampionami z dyni i przebieraniem za duchy. Znawca kultury kaszubskiej Roman Drzeżdżon przypomina, że Kaszubi mają swoje zwyczaje związane z wiarą w życie pozagrobowe.
