Paweł Ruszkowski pochodzi z Kościerzyny, a przygodę z muzyką rozpoczął od gitary, którą samodzielnie zbudował jego pradziadek. W ostatnich trzech latach został laureatem znaczących festiwali piosenki w całym kraju i za granicą. Od kilku lat tworzy własną muzykę i ma na swoim koncie kilkadziesiąt kompozycji do polskiej poezji, autorstwa m. in. Bolesława Leśmiana, Adama Zagajewskiego czy Leopolda Staffa. Pisze też piosenki we współpracy z autorami swojego pokolenia.
