Ruszają termomodernizacje – najpierw szkoły potem ratusz
Na początek szkoła w Jastrzębiej Górze, a na dniach „trójka” i ratusz – w gminie Władysławowo przystępują do termomodernizacji. Prace w Jastrzębiej Górze już się rozpoczęły. Docieplą tam ściany zewnętrzne, piwnice i fundamenty, wymienią okna, wydzielone zostaną też dwa przedsionki.
We wschodnim skrzydle będzie kotłownia gazowa, zamontowane zostanie energooszczędne oświetlenie oraz instalacja solarna. Przy okazji zagospodarowane zostaną piwnice na szatnie dla uczniów oraz izbę pamięci. Jeszcze w sierpniu mają się rozpocząć prace w Szkole podstawowej nr 3 we Władysławowie i w ratuszu. W „trójce” zmodernizowany zostanie budynek główny i pawilon „D”. W obu przypadkach prace mają się zakończyć w maju przyszłego roku. Natomiast w Domu Rybaka – czyli ratuszu – w pierwszej kolejności wybudowany zostanie nowy węzeł cieplny wraz z niezależnym przyłączem ciepłowniczym. Ma być gotowy do końca września tego roku. Wszystkie te inwestycje kosztują ponad 4,5 mln zł. To część większego projektu, w którym w kolejnych dwóch latach dalej zmieniać się będzie ratusz we Władysławowie. Całkowita wartość to blisko 8,5 mln zł.
Miejski samorząd pozyskał na ten cel unijne dofinansowanie w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych w kwocie ponad 3,5 mln zł.
