Rusza pierwsza z 30 pieszych pielgrzymek do Sianowa
Z Miastka rusza dzisiaj pierwsza z 30 pieszych pielgrzymek, które w niedzielę dotrą do sanktuarium Królowej Kaszub w Sianowie. Odbędzie się tam największy doroczny Wielki Odpust Kaszubski.
– W Sianowie obecne są 2 aspekty: religijny i kulturowy – mówi badacz pielgrzymowania do sianowskiego sanktuarium Eugeniusz Pryczkowski.
Weźmie w nim udział blisko 20 tysięcy wiernych, a ponad 5 tysięcy przybędzie w pieszych pielgrzymkach. Kult maryjny w Sianowie sięga 15. wieku. Legenda mówi, że figurkę znaleziono w krzaku paproci i zaniesiono do kaplicy w Mirachowie. Jednak trzykrotnie wracała do Sianowa, co odczytano jako znak Boży i wybudowano tam świątynię. W 1966 roku papież Paweł 6 ukoronował figurkę Madonny na „Królową Kaszub”. Na Wielki Odpust Kaszubski do Sianowa co roku przybywa około 30 pielgrzymek z północy i południa Kaszub. Powitanie pielgrzymek w niedzielę w Sianowie zaplanowano na godzinę 9-tą. Po nim mszę świętą odpustową odprawi biskup diecezji pelplińskiej ks. Ryszard Kasyna. Uroczystości odpustowe w Sianowie potrwają przez cały tydzień – do 25 lipca.
W tę sobotę rozpocznie się także w Swarzewie odpust Matki Boskiej Szkaplerznej -powitanie pielgrzymów w Sanktuarium Matki Boskiej Swarzewskiej Królowej Polskiego Morza zaplanowano na godzinę 15:30.
