Obchody odzyskania niepodległości od dzisiaj w Rumi
Warsztatami stylizacji Retro i koncertem Rumia rozpoczyna obchody 100-lecia odzyskania niepodległości przez Polskę. Stacja Kultura wydarzenia organizowane w bieżącym roku dedykuje kobietom, w związku z tym dzisiaj od 17.00 uczestnicy warsztatów wykonają nakrycia głowy dla pań z początku XX wieku.
– O godzinie 18.30 w głównej siedzibie Biblioteki na dworcu PKP odbędzie się muzyczny wieczór, zaprasza dyrektor Biblioteki w Rumi, Krystyna Laskowicz.
Stacja Kultura już w piątek zaprasza na spotkanie literackie z Anną Dziewit-Meller, która zaprezentuje swoją książkę „Damy, dziewuchy, dziewczyny. Historia w spódnicy”, a w sobotę do udziału w kryminalnej grze terenowej „Pociąg do Niepodległości” z wykorzystaniem specjalnej aplikacji na telefony komórkowe.
Rumia od kilku lat organizuje uroczyste parady z okazji odzyskania niepodległości. W niedzielę 11 listopada parada z udziałem żołnierzy, harcerzy, rekonstruktorów historycznych i zabytkowych pojazdów wyruszy spod sanktuarium o godzinie 14.05. Tego dnia koło hali MOSiR będzie można również obejrzeć wystawę oręża wojskowego.
