Rekordowy budżet zaplanował na ten rok samorząd Rumi
Rekordowo dużo na inwestycje przeznaczy w tym roku Rumia. Radni przyjęli uchwałę, zgodnie z którą z miejskiego budżetu przeznaczonych zostanie 45 mln zł. To około trzykrotność przeciętnych rocznych wydatków.
– Aby do tego doprowadzić musieliśmy ograniczyć zadłużenie w ostatnich latach – mówił na naszej antenie burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny.
W połączeniu z finansowaniem zewnętrznym umożliwi rozwój infrastruktury drogowej, zaplecza szkolnego, czy rewitalizację. Do najważniejszych inwestycji w tym roku należy praca nad Węzłem Janowo, rewitalizacja terenów w dzielnicy Szmelta, a także prace drogowe mające zwiększyć bezpieczeństwo, takie jak sygnalizacja świetlna na skrzyżowaniu Starowiejskiej, Wybickiego i Roszczynialskiego oraz kontynuacja remontu ulicy Chodkiewicza.
