Puck nawiązał współpracę z rosyjskim miastem Pionierskij
Łącznie o 10 milionów złotych z unijnych środków Puck będzie aplikował razem z rosyjskim miastem Pionierskij z obwodu Kaliningradzkiego w ramach Programu Współpracy Transgranicznej Polska – Rosja. Pieniądze przeznaczone będą na zachowanie zabytków dziedzictwa kulturowego w obydwu miastach.
List intencyjny w tej sprawie już podpisano, teraz oba samorządy dogrywają szczegóły. Pozyskane pieniądze mają być podzielone po połowie. W Pucku chcą za nie uatrakcyjnić ruiny zamku krzyżackiego z przełomu 14. i 15. wieku i jego okolice – opisuje burmistrz Pucka Hanna Pruchniewska. Samorządy podjęły też współpracę na polu kulturalnym – planowane są m.in. wizyty lokalnych zespołów oraz wycieczki młodzieży i seniorów. Na wyniki wspólnych starań Pucka i Pionierskij o unijne środki trzeba będzie poczekać do przyszłego roku. Konkurs w ramach programu Polska – Rosja zostanie rozstrzygnięty prawdopodobnie w jego pierwszej połowie.
