Przejście z „małego” na „duży ZUS” nie następuje automatycznie
Przejście z „małego” na „duży ZUS” nie następuje automatycznie – przypomina Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych.
Tzw. „mały ZUS” to preferencyjne składki przysługujące początkującym przedsiębiorcom przez dwa lata od momentu rozpoczęcia działalności gospodarczej. Po 24 miesiącach trzeba już odprowadzać stawki pełne, ale trzeba się najpierw wyrejestrować – w ciągu 7 dni od utraty prawa do „małego ZUS”. Następny krok to ponowne zarejestrowanie, już jako płatnika składek w standardowej wysokości. Trzeba też złożyć deklarację za pierwszy miesiąc opłacania pełnych składek.
Zaniedbanie obowiązku przerejestrowania będzie skutkować powstaniem zaległości. Opłacanie zbyt niskich składek na ubezpieczenie chorobowe może prowadzić do utraty prawa do zasiłku chorobowego i macierzyńskiego.
