Premie dla młodych rolników na nowych zasadach
Jest już rozporządzenie w sprawie podziału środków na ten cel w ramach Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich na lata 2014-2020.
W puli na premie jest 718 mln euro. Premia w wysokości 100 tys. złotych będzie wypłacana w dwóch ratach: 80 proc. rolnik otrzyma w terminie 9 miesięcy od dnia doręczenia decyzji o przyznaniu pomocy po spełnieniu warunków wsparcia. Kolejne 20 procent dostanie po realizacji biznesplanu. Zasady przyznawania pomocy będą się różnić w stosunku do starego PROW.
Najważniejsza zmiana według resortu polega na przyznawaniu wsparcia tylko tym rolnikom, którzy już rozpoczęli urządzanie gospodarstwa rolnego i kierowanie nim rozpoczną po złożeniu wniosku o premię. Ministerstwo Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi podało, że prezes Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa ogłosi nabór wniosków po ogłoszeniu rozporządzenia w Dzienniku Ustaw.
