„Prawo w lesie” – kampania leśników i policji
O zasadach wypoczynku w lesie i mandatach które można tam otrzymać – przypominają leśnicy w kampanii „Prawo w lesie”. Razem z policją prowadzą wzmożoną akcję patrolową i informacyjną.
– Prawdziwą plagą są nielegalne wjazdy samochodami – mówi komendant Straży Leśnej Nadleśnictwa w Wejherowie Janusz Leis.
Niszczenie runa leśnego, wchodzenie do miejsc niedozwolonych, palenie ognisk, a także biwakowanie, śmiecenie oraz puszczanie psa luzem to tylko niektóre z zakazanych czynności. Za łamanie przepisów straż leśna może karać mandatami do 500-set złotych, może też kontrolować wszelkie pojazdy znajdujące się na terenie lasów państwowych. – Mało kto zdaje sobie sprawę, że wjazd samochodem do lasu może doprowadzić do pożaru – mówi Janusz Leis. Policja interweniuje gdy w lesie dochodzi do niszczenia mienia – na przykład urządzeń i znaków, które znajdują się w lasach czy też uszkadzania drzew i krzewów lub kradzieży drewna. Te przestępstwa zagrożone są grzywną, karą ograniczenia wolności a nawet więzienia do lat pięciu.
