Rejestracja będzie prowadzona dla 4-latka ze Strzebielina w gminie Łęczyce i 7-letniego Wiktora z Mrzezina w gminie Puck. Obaj chorują na ostrą białaczkę limfoblastyczną i potrzebują pomocy od „genetycznego bliźniaka”. Szansę na jego znalezienie ma powiększyć dopisanie kolejnych osób do bazy dawców. Pierwszy Rumski Rajd „W Drodze po Szpik” rozpocznie się 13 października o 17.00 spotkaniem przy Miejskim Domu Kultury w Rumi. Dzień Dawcy dla Marcela i Wiktora odbędzie się 15 października od 09:00 do 16:00 – w dwóch lokalizacjach. W Strzebielinie przy Zespole Szkół i Przedszkolu przy ulicy Skłodowskiej oraz w Luzinie przy szkole im Gerarda Labudy.
