Port Gdynia powiększa się o tereny w Gminie Kosakowo
Port Gdynia pozyskuje nową przestrzeń na lądzie. W ubiegłym roku zwiększył się o tereny po stoczni Nauta i po Vistalu.
Teraz, dzięki pozytywnej opinii Rady Gminy Kosakowo, powiększy się o 260 hekatrów, które zostaną przeznaczone pod Dolinę Logistyczną.
– Nasza decyzja jest konsekwencją przyjętych wcześniej strategii rozwoju i stworzenie obszaru inwestycyjnego w oparciu o sektor Transport – Spedycja – Logistyka, mówi wójt gminy Kosakowo, Marcin Majek.
Decyzja ta pozwoli podjąć kolejne działania na rzecz zniesienia istniejących ograniczeń transportowych, dodaje wójt Majek. Na terenach doliny Logistycznej powstaną docelowo wielkopowierzchniowe obiekty magazynowe, place składowe, parkingi, obiekty przemysłowe, a także obiekty zaplecza socjalnego, usługowe i biurowe.
