Połączą siły ze spółką leczniczą Copernicus
Sposobem na utrzymanie i rozwój zadłużonej Wojewódzkiej Przychodni Stomatologicznej w Gdańsku będzie jej połączenie ze szpitalami spółki Copernicus. Na wczorajszej sesji Sejmiku Województwa Pomorskiego podjęto uchwałę intencyjną o przekształcaniu przychodni w spółkę leczniczą.
Zostanie jej przekazane prawo własności nieruchomości przy al. Zwycięstwa wartej ponad 4 mln zł. W połowie przyszłego roku przychodnia stałaby się częścią spółki Copernicus. Na koniec ubiegłego roku strata Wojewódzkiej Przychodni Stomatologicznej wyniosła prawie 127 tys. zł, a w tym roku szacowana jest na ponad ćwierć miliona zł. Będzie wyższa niż koszt amortyzacji, co wiązałoby się z koniecznością pokrycia nadwyżki z budżetu województwa lub podjęciem decyzji o likwidacji przychodni. Placówka nie utrzyma się tylko z kontraktu z Narodowym Funduszem Zdrowia, a z powodu przestarzałego sprzętu nie jest w stanie stworzyć oferty rynkowej. Przekształcenie Wojewódzkiej Przychodni Stomatologicznej w Gdańsku w spółkę leczniczą nie pozbawia samorządu województwa pomorskiego wpływu na dalszy rozwój tego podmiotu leczniczego – czytamy na pomorskie.eu. Pracownicy przychodni staną się z mocy prawa pracownikami spółki.
