Biegli wydali opinię o podejrzanej o zabójstwo Agaty z Wejherowa
Podejrzana o zabójstwo Agaty z Wejherowa 17-latka w chwili zbrodni była poczytalna – wynika z opinii biegłych. Wydali ją na podstawie jednorazowego badania Wiktorii M.
Specjaliści – dwóch psychiatrów i psycholog – nie mieli wątpliwości i uznali, że nie jest potrzebna czterotygodniowa obserwacja psychiatryczna dziewczyny. Według ich opinii, która wpłynęła do Prokuratury Okręgowej w Gdańsku, podejrzana nie miała zniesionej poczytalności, nie jest chora psychicznie i może odpowiadać za swoje czyny. Wiktoria M. na proces poczeka w areszcie, zarzuca się jej zabójstwo 17-letniej Agaty za jej zgodą. Nastolatka z Wejherowa zginęła od ciosu nożem w brzuch 21 lutego w parku w Gdańsku – Brzeźnie. Wiktorii M. za zabójstwo koleżanki grozi od ośmiu do 25 lat więzienia.
