Pielęgniarki ogłosiły pogotowie strajkowe
Pielęgniarki ogłosiły pogotowie strajkowe – po fiasku rozmów w Warszawie. Wczoraj kilkanaście tysięcy pielęgniarek i położnych z całej Polski wzięło tam udział w manifestacji.
Domagały się półtora tysiąca podwyżki rozłożonej na trzy lata. Do porozumienia nie doszło, choć Minister Zdrowia zaproponował, by ich wynagrodzenia rosły o 400 złotych przez 4 lata. W uchwale zarządu Ogólnopolskiego Związku Zawodowego Pielęgniarek i Położnych jako bezpośrednią przyczynę rozpoczęcia pogotowia strajkowego wskazano „brak możliwości wypracowania na szczeblu rządowym rozwiązań systemowych, umożliwiających poprawę warunków płacy i pracy pielęgniarek i położnych”.
Pielęgniarki opisując swoją trudną sytuację przywołują statystyki, według których w Polce na tysiąc pacjentów przypada 5 pielęgniarek, podczas gdy np. w Szwajcarii – 16, Szwecji 11 a Czechach i Słowacji – 8. Średnia wieku pielęgniarki w Polsce to 49 lat.
Do kolejnego spotkania pielęgniarek z ministrem zdrowia ma dojść w przyszły wtorek.
