Pensje policjantów i żołnierzy wzrosną w 2016 roku – poinformowano po wtorkowym posiedzeniu rządu.
Na podwyżki dla służb podległych Ministerstwu Obrony Narodowej przeznaczono 340 mln zł, z czego 215 mln trafi do żołnierzy zawodowych i funkcjonariuszy Służby Wywiadu Wojskowego i Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego, a 125 mln do pracowników wojska. Na wzrost wynagrodzeń służb podległych Ministerstwu Spraw Wewnętrznych w przyszłym roku zostanie przeznaczone dodatkowo ok. 390 mln, co oznacza podwyżkę dla funkcjonariusza średnio o 4 proc., a dla pracownika cywilnego o 6 proc.
Decyzje dotyczą roku 2016. Wicepremier Tomasz Siemoniak poinformował jednak, że intencją rządu jest by w latach następnych wynagrodzenia systematycznie wzrastały. Minister Teresa Piotrowska przypomniała, że w MSW działa Forum Dialogu Społecznego. Jak dodała podwyżki nie mają rozkładać się po równo na każdy etat. Komendanci główni otrzymali propozycje kwot na swoje służby. Będą je przekazywali do komend powiatowych i tam wspólnie ze związkami zawodowymi będą decydowali o tym, jakie to będą podwyżki na poszczególne stanowiska.
