Ości w filetach i za mało ryby w rybie – Inspekcja Handlowa stwierdziła nieprawidłowości w ponad 70 proc. skontrolowanych sklepów i hurtowni.
Kontrolę przeprowadzono w ostatnim kwartale ubiegłego roku w 164 placówkach handlowych, zakwestionowano w nich 360 partii produktów. Co trzecia była źle oznakowana, w sześciu sklepach znajdowały się produkty przeterminowane. Zastrzeżenia wzbudziło też prawie 40 proc. partii mrożonych ryb i owoców morza. Ilość glazury nie powinna przekraczać 10 proc., im mniej tym lepiej. Na rynku występuje coraz więcej mrożonek rybnych zawierających związki fosforu – dodawanego by związać wodę znajdującą się w produkcie i glazurze.
Warto na to zwrócić uwagę studiując etykietę. Etykieta na mrożonej rybie powinna zawierać też informację czy została ona złowiona w morzu czy też wyhodowana w sposób przemysłowy. A oznaczeniem gatunku powinna być zarówno nazwa polska jak i łacińska.
