Od września rozpocznie się wygaszanie gimnazjów
Reforma oświaty stała się faktem. Prezydent Andrzej Duda podpisał ustawy zmieniające system edukacji.
1 września tego roku wrócą 8-letnie szkoły podstawowe i rozpocznie się wygaszanie gimnazjów. Reforma przewiduje też powrót do 4-letnich liceów i 5-letnich techników. W miejsce zasadniczych szkół zawodowych powstaną dwustopniowe szkoły branżowe.
Reforma rozpocznie się od nowego roku szkolnego. Dla uczniów kończących w czerwcu klasę szóstą oznacza to, że we wrześniu pójdą do klasy siódmej zamiast do gimnazjum.
Gminy muszą do 31 marca podjąć uchwały w sprawie dostosowania sieci szkół do nowego ustroju. Wcześniej muszą uzyskać pozytywną opinię kuratora oświaty, który ma 21 dni na wydanie opinii.
