Od drogich prezentów komunijnych musimy zapłacić podatek
Przypominają Urzędy Skarbowe. Jak donosi dzisiaj Gazeta Prawna biznes komunijny w Polsce może być wart od około 800 milionów do nawet 3 miliardów złotych rocznie.
– Rodzice, dziadkowie i rodzeństwo mogą bez podatku przekazać prezent do wartości 9637 złotych, ciocie i wujkowie do kwoty 7276 złotych – mówi naczelnik Urzędu Skarbowego w Kościerzynie Leszek Synak.
Do najczęstszych prezentów należy oczywiście sprzęt elektroniczny i gadżety, w tym tablety, laptopy i smartfony. Na I Komunię dzieci otrzymują też tak drogie prezenty jak quady warte średnio 8 tysięcy złotych. Zgodnie z przepisami prezenty komunijne to darowizny, od których powinno się płacić podatek w zależności od ich wartości i osoby, która je przekazuje. Choć przyznaje, że dotąd nikt takiego podatku nie zapłacił. Podatek od drogich prezentów komunijnych w zależności od stopnia pokrewieństwa wynosi od 3 do 12 proc.
