O nowy sprzęt urologiczny wzbogacił się szpital w Kościerzynie
O sprzęt urologiczny za 170 tysięcy złotych wzbogacił się szpital w Kościerzynie. Jego fundatorami byli sponsorzy oraz pacjenci, którzy przekazali swój 1 procent podatku na Fundację Wspierania Urologii Kościerskiej.
Trzy nowoczesne urządzenia przekazano oddziałowi podczas wczorajszych drugich Kościerskich Spotkań Urologicznych. To aparat do usuwania nowotworów i kamieni z moczowodu, automatyczny hak operacyjny oraz cyfrowy cystoskop do diagnostyki pęcherza. Ten ostatni szczególnie poprawi komfort leczenia pacjentów – podkreślał ordynator dr Krzysztof Szkarłat.
Dzięki działalności Fundacji Wspierania Urologii Kościerskiej szpitalowi przekazano już kilkanaście nowoczesnych urządzeń. W najbliższych latach Fundacja planuje zbieranie środków na zakup giętkiego urządzenia do oglądania wnętrza nerki i kruszenia kamieni. Jego koszt to blisko 60 tysięcy złotych.
