Nowy projekt nowelizacji ustawy o systemie oświaty
Obowiązkowy sprawdzian dla szóstoklasistów do likwidacji, a maturzyści będą mogli odwołać się od wyniku egzaminu maturalnego. Rząd przyjął wczoraj przygotowany przez Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej projekt nowelizacji ustawy o systemie oświaty.
Zgodnie z nim ogólnopolski sprawdzian dla uczniów klas szóstych podstawówek ma być zlikwidowany od roku szkolnego 2016/17. Oznacza to, że tegoroczni szóstoklasiści byli ostatnim rocznikiem, który do niego przystąpił. W miejsce sprawdzianu Centralna Komisja Egzaminacyjna ma udostępniać gimnazjom testy diagnostyczne, z których szkoła będzie mogła dobrowolnie skorzystać.
Projekt zakłada też, by od 2017 roku maturzyści mieli możliwość odwołania się od wyniku weryfikacji sumy punktów z części pisemnej egzaminu ustalonego przez dyrektora okręgowej komisji egzaminacyjnej – do Kolegium Arbitrażu Egzaminacyjnego.
Analogiczne prawo mają mieć też osoby przystępujące do egzaminu potwierdzającego kwalifikacje w zawodzie w jego części pisemnej. Zgodnie z przyjętym przez rząd projektem noweli podczas wglądu do sprawdzonej i ocenionej pracy egzaminacyjnej uczeń lub jego rodzice będą mogli wykonać jej zdjęcie – obecnie można tylko sporządzać notatki.
