Nowe zasady dla pracodawców zatrudniających cudzoziemców
Pracodawcy zatrudniający cudzoziemców muszą dostosować się do nowych zasad, które obowiązują od 1 stycznia tego roku. Wprowadzono nowe wzory wniosków, opłatę 30 zł oraz wydłużono czas pracy z 6 do 9 miesięcy w niektórych branżach.
– To przyczyni się do lepszego monitorowania tej formy zatrudnienia – ocenia dyrektor Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Kościerzynie Mirosław Ginter.
Według statystyk w Polsce pracują już blisko 2 miliony cudzoziemców, w tym najwięcej z Ukrainy. Na Pomorzu ta liczba zbliża się do 70 tysięcy. Dotychczas byli zatrudniani na podstawie oświadczeń o zamiarze wykonywania pracy. Obecnie pracodawca będzie musiał, oprócz oświadczenia, zgłosić fakt zatrudnienia cudzoziemców również w Urzędzie Pracy. Przepisy wprowadziły też nową formę zatrudnienia – pracę sezonową na 9 miesięcy. Mogą z niej skorzystać pracodawcy z branży rolniczej, ogrodnictwa i turystyki. – Aby je otrzymać, przedsiębiorca będzie musiał udowodnić, że nie ma możliwości zatrudnienia pracownika z lokalnego rynku pracy – dodaje Mirosław Ginter. W powiecie kościerskim pracuje blisko tysiąc cudzoziemców, głównie w branży budowlanej, usługach i transporcie.
