Niebezpieczne sygnały płyną z dyskusji o języku kaszubskim
Niebezpieczne sygnały płyną z dyskusji o języku kaszubskim w senacie i niektórych samorządach na Kaszubach. Część polityków Prawa i Sprawiedliwości zaczęła publicznie podważać status języka kaszubskiego.
Na posiedzeniu senackiej Komisji Budżetu i Finansów Publicznych w dyskusji o ograniczeniu subwencji na nauczanie kaszubskiego, senator PiS Grzegorz Bierecki stwierdził, że „kwestie czy to jest odrębny język są dyskutowane między językoznawcami”. Dobitniej w tej kwestii na ostatniej sesji rady powiatu kościerskiego wypowiedział się radny PiS Ignacy Kostuch, stwierdzając że kaszubski nie jest językiem, a jedynie gwarą. O argumenty w tej sprawie pytała Ania Cupa-Dziemińska.
