Punkt zbiórki odpadów już działa w Bolszewie
Mieszkańcy Bolszewa i okolic nie muszą już jeździć z niebezpiecznymi odpadami do Wejherowa. Mogą je oddać do otwartego wczoraj nowego punktu zbiórki takich śmieci.
Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów mieści się przy ulicy Szkolnej 52. Teren pod inwestycję dała gmina Wejherowo, pieniądze wyłożył Komunalny Związek Gmin „Doliny Redy i Chylonki”. Do zadań Związku, w skład którego wchodzi 8 gmin województwa pomorskiego, należy m.in. zaopatrywanie w wodę, oczyszczanie ścieków i właśnie gospodarka odpadami.
– W punkcie będzie można zostawić wszystko to, czego nie można wyrzucić do zwykłych śmietników – wyjaśnia przewodniczący Związku, Tadeusz Wiśniewski.
Punkt stanowią dwa kontenery, ustawiono je w Bolszewie przy Szkolnej by były łatwo dostępne dla mieszkańców tej miejscowości o okolic. – Latem będzie można tam także zostawiać odpady organiczne, wytworzone np. przy pracach ogrodowych – mówi wójt gminy Wejherowo Henryk Skwarło. Inwestycję realizowano 7 miesięcy, kosztowała 70 tysięcy złotych. To jedenasty taki punkt Komunalnego Związku Gmin „Doliny Redy i Chylonki”, w tym roku ma powstać jeszcze jeden, w Kosakowie.
