Nie będzie ponownych wyborów na wójta gminy Kosakowo
Ostateczną decyzję podjął Sąd Apelacyjny w Gdańsku. Uchylił on orzeczenie sądu niższej instancji z grudnia 2014 roku o unieważnieniu wyborów w jednym z okręgów głosowania.
W drugiej turze wyborów w gminie Kosakowo zmierzyli się: dotychczasowy wójt Jerzy Włudzik i przedsiębiorca Szymon Tabakiernik.
Protest wyborczy złożył Henryk Palczewski, przewodniczący Stowarzyszenia Mieszkańców Gminy Kosakowo. Jego zdaniem doszło do nieprawidłowości w obwodzie nr 5, zlokalizowanym w bibliotece w Kosakowie.
Podczas drugiej tury urna wyborcza nie była opieczętowana przez cały dzień, co pod koniec głosowania udokumentowała wezwana na miejsce policja.
W grudniu ubiegłego roku Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku uwzględnił protest wyborczy i nakazał przeprowadzenie drugiej tury w kontrowersyjnym okręgu. Zażalenie na to postanowienia złożyli przedstawiciele Obwodowej Komisji Wyborczej oraz komisarz wyborczy. Wczoraj uznał je Sąd Apelacyjny i ogłosił, że wybory w Kosakowie były ważne. Postanowienie zapadło na posiedzeniu niejawnym. Uzasadnienie ma być znane za 2 tygodnie.
