Nie bądź obojętny – apelują strażnicy miejscy w Gdyni
Proszą by reagować gdy widzimy nieprzytomną osobę, bo w taki upał przebywanie na słońcu może zagrozić jej życiu lub zdrowiu.
Mundurowi przypominają, że wysoka temperatura i lekkomyślność osób, które w czasie upałów piją alkohol to mieszanka, która może doprowadzić do tragedii. Gdyńska Straż Miejska tylko od początku sierpnia podjęła 304 interwencje związanych z nadużywaniem alkoholu. Blisko czterdzieści z nich dotyczyło pijanych śpiących na miejskich zieleńcach, przystankach osobowych czy w bramach. Część z tych interwencji zakończyła się wezwaniem karetki pogotowia, innych przewieziono do Punktu Interwencji Noclegowej albo do miejsc zamieszkania.
Dodatkowo podwyższone temperatury i ekspozycja na słońce jest też niebezpieczna dla małych dzieci oraz osób osób starszych czy schorowanych. Strażnicy każdego dnia odbierają kilkanaście zgłoszeń i ponawiają apele by reagować – choćby dzwoniąc na numer alarmowy.
