Na sygnały dotyczące przewagi kontraktowej czeka UOKiK
Na sygnały od rolników dotyczące przewagi kontraktowej czeka UOKiK. Wszczął też postępowanie przeciwko spółce T.B.Fruit Polska. To jedna z największych firm skupujących owoce i produkujących koncentrat jabłkowy w Polsce.
Spółka osiągnęła w ubiegłym roku obrót przekraczający sto milionów złotych. Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów podejrzewa, że wykorzystuje ona swoją przewagę kontraktową wobec dostawców. Kara za wykorzystywanie przewagi kontraktowej może wynieść do 3 proc. obrotu przedsiębiorcy. UOKiK przygotował zmiany prawne ułatwiające badanie wykorzystywania przewagi w stosunku do małych rolników. Zatwierdziła je już Rada Ministrów. Zniesione zostały m.in. progi obrotowe, które ograniczały interwencję urzędu.
Sprawy z zakresu przewagi kontraktowej prowadzi delegatura UOKiK w Bydgoszczy. Nieprawidłowości można zgłaszać mailowo, listownie i telefonicznie.
