Na konta rolników wpływają zaliczki na poczet płatności bezpośrednich.
– Są wypłacane z urzędu – czyli bez konieczności składania dodatkowych wniosków – wyjaśnia Stanisława Bujanowicz z pomorskiego oddziału Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa.
Mają być one wypłacane do końca listopada, aby złagodzić niekorzystne skutki suszy. Zaliczki będą przyznawane w wysokości 50 proc. należnej kwoty. Zaliczki na poczet płatności obszarowych otrzymają rolnicy, którzy nie zostali objęci kontrolami na miejscu i co do których nie mają zastosowania zmniejszenia, wykluczenia i inne kary administracyjne.
