Musimy uważać na „fałszywych policjantów”
Nie informujemy o prowadzonych sprawach telefonicznie ani nie prosimy o pieniądze – przypominają policjanci. Uczulają, by nie dać się oszukać tzw. metodą na policjanta.
– Prosimy o zachowanie szczególnej ostrożności, zwłaszcza gdy dzwoniący podaje się za policjanta bądź funkcjonariusza CBŚ – mówi rzecznik prasowy kartuskiej policji Magdalena Formela.
Apel ma związek z oszustwem do jakiego doszło ostatnio w powiecie kartuskim. Od 67-letniego mężczyzny wyłudzono 20 tysięcy złotych. Fałszywy policjant telefonicznie poinformował o rzekomej zasadzce. Poszkodowany podjął pieniądze z banku i przekazał pieniądze, które miały pomóc w akcji. Na szczęście sprawcę udało się złapać, a pieniądze odzyskać. Jeśli zdarzy się podejrzany telefon, należy o tym niezwłocznie powiadomić policję i nie wdawać się w rozmowę z oszustem.
