Modernizacja miejskich obiektów w Redzie
W Redzie niemal o połowę mają spaść rachunki za prąd i ogrzewanie w pięciu obiektach należących do miasta. Ma być to wynik termomodernizacji dwóch przedszkoli, remizy i dwóch budynków komunalnych.
– Długofalowo będziemy mieli ogromne oszczędności – mówi burmistrz Krzysztof Krzemiński.
Samorząd pozyskał na ten cel ponad 2 mln 300 tysięcy złotych dofinansowania z unijnych środków. Choć po przetargach okazało się, że dotacja nie pokryje planowanych 85 procent kosztów, to w Redzie nie narzekają. W zakres prac wchodzi przede wszystkim wymiana stolarki okiennej i ocieplenie ścian. Modernizacja remizy OSP, przedszkola przy Gniewowskiej i obydwu budynków komunalnych będzie ukończona jeszcze w tym roku. W przyszłym natomiast gruntowny remont przejdzie przedszkole przy ulicy Łąkowej.
