„Mieszkanie dla Młodych” ze zmianami
Prawie 24 tys. mieszkań i domów zakupiono z dopłatą w ramach rządowego programu „Mieszkanie dla Młodych” – poinformował Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Parlament przyjął w nim ostatnio zmiany, na których mają skorzystać osoby i rodziny z dziećmi.
Program „Mieszkanie dla Młodych” ma być realizowany przez pięć lat – czyli do 2018 roku. W każdym roku ustalany jest inny limit środków na wypłatę dofinansowania. W bieżącym wynosi 715 mln złotych, z czego do końca czerwca zarezerwowano 41 proc. Zgodnie ze zmianami przyjętymi ostatnio przez Parlament wzrosnąć ma dofinansowanie dla osób i rodzin z dziećmi. Dopłata do kredytu na zakup mieszkania ma wynieść 20 proc. w przypadku dwojga dzieci, dla trojga i więcej wzrośnie do 30 proc., a dodatkowo dla takich rodzin przewidziano zniesienie górnej granicy wieku – 35 lat oraz wymogu nieposiadania wcześniej własności mieszkania. Będą miały też możliwość zwiększenia powierzchni mieszkaniowej wliczającej się do dopłaty do 65 metrów kwadratowych.”
