Matka zastępcza z Pucka Anna Cz. pójdzie do więzienia na 25 – lat
Wyrok jest już ostateczny, wczoraj Sąd Najwyższy oddalił kasację obrońców skazanej.
Wnosili oni o uchylenie wyroku i ponowne rozpatrzenie sprawy przez sąd pierwszej instancji, bo w opiniach psychologicznych odnoszących się do przesłuchań dzieci z rodziny zastępczej zabrakło informacji o metodologii sporządzenia tych opinii. Miało to ograniczać prawo obrony do ich oceny. Sąd Najwyższy uznał ten zarzut jako niedopuszczalny, argumentując że wątpliwości co do tych opinii wyjaśnił już sąd drugiej instancji. To finał sprawy, która ma swój początek w 2012 roku, gdy w rodzinie zastępczej Cz. w Pucku zmarło dwoje z pięciorga powierzonych im dzieci. Najpierw 3 – letni Kacper który jak twierdziło małżeństwo Cz. spadł ze schodów, potem jego pięcioletnia siostra Klaudia.
We wrześniu ubiegłego roku Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku uznał Annę Cz. za winną znęcania się nad dziećmi i skazał na karę dożywocia, Wiesław Cz. usłyszał wyrok pięciu lat więzienia. W lutym tego roku Sąd Apelacyjny w Gdańsku złagodził karę matki zastępczej do 25 lat pozbawienia wolności, a jej męża – do 4 lat. W odniesieniu do Wiesława Cz. do Sądu Najwyższego nie wniesiono kasacji.
