Letnie wyprzedaże – masz prawo do reklamacji
Łamie prawo sprzedawca, który informuje że ubrania przecenione nie podlegają reklamacji. Natomiast przyjmowanie zwrotów zależy od jego dobrej woli. Te dwie zasady warto pamiętać w czasie letnich wyprzedaży.
W sklepach kuszą informacje o zniżkach, przeceny zachęcają do sięgnięcia po portfel. Przy kasie warto sprawdzić, czy cena nie różni się od deklarowanej na półce albo w gazetce reklamowej i jak na kwotę do zapłaty wpływają tzw. gratisy – bo często okazuje się że zakup towaru bez upominku jest bardziej opłacalny. Często też przy kasie można napotkać tabliczki informujące że rzeczy przecenione nie podlegają reklamacji. Pamiętajmy, że to niezgodne z prawem.
Jeśli zgubimy paragon to przy składaniu reklamacji pomocne może być potwierdzenie płatności kartą, wyciąg z konta, możemy też powołać się na zeznania osób które towarzyszyły nam podczas zakupów. Warto przy tym pamiętać, że sklep nie ma obowiązku przyjąć rzeczy, które po prostu przestały się nam podobać – dlatego zwróćmy uwagę na tabliczkę: „zwrotów nie przyjmujemy”.
Przed zakupem warto upewnić się, czy dany sklep stacjonarny przyjmuje zwroty i pod jakimi warunkami. Wyjątkiem są sklepy internetowe – do których możemy odesłać zakupiony towar w ciągu 14 dni bez podania przyczyny.
