KZG Dolina Redy i Chylonki podsumował działania edukacyjne
Róże Ekologii dla Przedszkola nr 10 w Sopocie i dla gdyńskiej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 26 z oddziałami gimnazjalnymi. Roczne działania edukacyjne podsumował Komunalny Związek Gmin Dolina Redy i Chylonki.
Nagrodzono też „Liderów Lokalnej Ekologii”. W warsztatach, konkursach i akcjach zbierania m.in. elektrośmieci w tym roku szkolnym wzięło udział 30 tysięcy dzieci ze 150 szkół. Szkolenie nauczycieli i uwrażliwianie ekologiczne młodzieży to jedno z pól działania Komunalnego Związku Gmin Doliny Redy i Chylonki. Od ponad ćwierć wieku prowadzi gospodarkę odpadami i wodnościekową dla zrzeszonych samorządów – Gdyni, Sopotu, Małego Trójmiasta Kaszubskiego, gmin: Wejherowo, Kosakowo i Szemud.
