Kuchnia kaszubska wcale nie jest biedna i prosta
Gotuje, piecze i smaży – kucharz z Brodnicy Górnej Tomasz Fierke założył w internecie pierwszy kaszubski videoblog kulinarny. Na jego profilu na YouTube są już dostępne dwa pierwsze programy, w których można zobaczyć nową odsłonę kaszubskich plińców i żurek.
Tomasz Fierke postanowił w ten sposób wykorzystać 12-letnie doświadczenie kucharza. Na co dzień pracuje w jednej z restauracji w gminie Somonino. Jak przyznaje, chce pokazać Kaszubom i turystom, że kuchnia kaszubska wcale nie jest biedna i prosta. Wiele zależy od wyobraźni kucharza. Filmy kaszubskiego kucharza obejrzało w internecie już kilka tysięcy osób.
