Krzyżacy zetrą się z Polakami – w Świecinie w gminie Krokowa
Świecino w gminie Krokowa stanie się w tę sobotę polem bitwy – Polacy skrzyżują miecze z Krzyżakami podczas rekonstrukcji bitwy z 1462 roku.
– Będą także nowości – mówi pomysłodawca wydarzenia, Adam Śliwicki.
Zwycięskie dla Polaków starcie było przełomowe w wojnie trzynastoletniej, doprowadziło do podpisania Pokoju Toruńskiego z Zakonem Szpitala Najświętszej Maryi Panny i przyłączenia Pomorza do Polski. Na pamiątkę tego wydarzenia inscenizację od 12 lat organizuje Bractwo Rycerskie spod Nordowej Gwiazdy – na ich zaproszenie w Świecinie wystąpi ponad setka rekonstruktorów. Pasjonaci tradycyjnie zaprezentują swoje umiejętności fechtunku, rzemiosło i wyposażenie. W Świecinie jutro od 13:00 do 19:00 można odwiedzić średniowieczne obozowisko. Bitwa odbędzie się o 15:00.
