Kryterium dochodowe do zakupu podręczników to 574 zł
Kryterium dochodowe, które należy podać ubiegając się o dofinansowanie do zakupu podręczników dla dziecka wynosi 574 zł – poinformowało na swojej stronie internetowej Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej.
Resort podał, że w niektórych placówkach kwota kryterium dochodowego jest podawana błędnie – co wynika z analizy wzorów wniosków udostępnianych na stronach internetowych szkół, dotyczących pomocy w ramach rządowego Programu „Wyprawka szkolna”. Błąd polega na wymaganiu od rodziców przedstawiania dochodu obliczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej. Kryterium dochodowe na osobę w rodzinie, ustalone na podstawie ww. ustawy wynosi 456 zł.
W 2015 roku należy stosować kryterium dochodowe, o którym mowa w ustawie z dnia 28 listopada 2003 roku o świadczeniach rodzinnych, wynoszące 574 zł. Zatem tylko na podstawie przepisów tej ustawy może być obliczany dochód na członka rodziny do programu „Wyprawka szkolna”.
