Konkurs jest skierowany do osób pełnoletnich. Ma służyć promowaniu walorów przyrodniczych ziemi puckiej, a także rozpowszechnianiu kaszubskich tradycji ludowych i kulinarnych. Ma też zachęcać do poznawania malowniczych zakątków gminy Puck. Technika wykonania zdjęć jest dowolna, zgłosić można maksymalnie 3. Do wyboru są cztery kategorie: przyroda, tradycja, człowiek i kuchnia. Termin nadsyłania prac upływa 6 sierpnia. Autorzy 5-u najlepszych fotek wezmą udział w warsztacie fotograficznym w plenerze w Pucku i okolicy. Zajęcia poprowadzi Łukasz Kamiński – współpracownik największych agencji fotograficznych, w czasie prezydentury Bronisława Komorowskiego jako jego osobisty fotograf dokumentował najważniejsze wydarzenia w kraju i za granicą.
Do regulaminu konkursu „Kaszuby ujmują” odsyłam do strony internetowej Fundacji PomorzeodNowa. Prowadzi ona także nabór chętnych do zagrania w filmie promującym ziemię pucką, a do września przyjmuje konkursowe relacje świadków wydarzeń w Piaśnicy z początków drugiej wojny światowej.
